RETURN POLICY

We want everyone to love their experience with Mystical Celtic Heat and we are here to help if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please give us the opportunity to work with you before leaving a neutral or negative review.

UNDAMAGED ITEMS

Every stone is unique, as are the many hand-crafted items we feature. We curate our inventory carefully and we offer only those rocks, crystals, jewelry and gifts that we would be happy to receive ourselves. We are always sorry to learn when someone is unhappy with their purchase, and we know how disappointing it can be to anticipate receiving your treasure, and not be in love with it.

If you are not happy with your order or any item in it, you may return it within three weeks for refund. Please contact us within ten days of delivery, if you wish to return an item.

Please include the order number and the name used to place the order so we can properly identify the item in question. Please also indicate the reason for your return; the information is helpful to us.

All sales are final after 30 days, so we must receive your return within four weeks of original delivery to the order shipping address.

Your return item must be returned in the same condition you received it. Any items that come in gift boxes should be returned in the same gift box. Items that arrive in bubble wrap or bubble bags should be carefully repackaged in the same. Additional tissue paper or protective wrap may also be needed. Please make sure there is plenty of packing material around the items to protect them from shifting and breaking during transit. If the return arrives damaged due to careless re-packaging or without appropriate advance notification, it will not be eligible for refund or credit.

Once we receive your return in undamaged, unused condition, we will process the refund using your original payment method. A refund notification will be sent to the email used for the original purchase. It may take several days for your bank to process the refund to your account. Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping and shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We are truly sorry if you received an item in broken condition. We pack your treasures with care, but rocks and crystals can be fragile and sometimes accidents happen. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a broken or damaged item. You must send pictures of the broken item and the packaging it came in within three days of delivery. If the shipping box/package is damaged when it arrives, please send a photo of that as well. We must receive your email and photos within three days of delivery to the shipping address to be eligible for refund or replacement.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as soaps and beauty products), candles, oils, aromatherapy, incense and smoke cleansing products. Gift cards are not eligible for return.
